Can you teach anyone how to do anything? Teach us your talents!

Why do you get up in the morning? Be that vital reason for someone by making a difference in the lives of extraordinary people with developmental disabilities. Our organization is seeking a teacher to help our residents learn new life skills, such as how to speak another language, how to use the internet or how to organize our closets.

We are looking for someone who:

• Enjoys teaching others how to learn a new skill.
• Can help us craft a program to teach our residents something new.
• Has the patience and creativity to teach in new, exciting ways.
• Is available to work with our team at least four hours a month.
• Wants to work with people who have developmental disabilities.
• Has reliable transportation.

To protect the identities of our residents, a background check is required prior to volunteering with us.
