Customer Service Roamer
The job of the Roamer is to enrich the spectator's experience - be enthusiastic and polite:
- be familiar with the stadium to answer questions for spectators - refer to www.bluebombers.com for stadium, event, parking, vendor and other information
- troubleshoot spectator complaints
- call security, housekeeping, operations, or medical for urgent situations, using your pager or by alerting someone near you who has a pager or radio

Check in at the Fan Ambassador room via the loading dock
Bring your uniform and ID Card
Be at your position 15 mins before gates open - 1.5 hours before kick-off
Water will be provided
Bomber bucks are available for food for volunteers on duty
