Role Objective

To assist with the propagation of native tube stock plants in the Indigiscapes Native Community Nursery.

Key Duties

• Work under the direction of the Nursery Coordinator to the approved scope of works for propagation of native tube stock plants.
• Ensure tools are maintained in a responsible manner and report any losses or damages.
• Act in a safe and responsible manner while at the Nursery, including never working alone and in isolation.

Necessary Skills and Experience

• A genuine interest in the environment.
• A personable demeanour and ability to interact comfortably, cheerfully and respectfully.
• An ability to communicate respectfully and clearly.
• An ability to work in a team environment.

Expected Time Commitment

3 – 5hrs per week and as required, Between 9am-3pm weekdays.
