Role Objective
To assist with the propagation of native tube stock plants in the Indigiscapes Native Community Nursery.
Key Duties
- Work under the direction of the Nursery Coordinator to the approved scope of works for propagation of native tube stock plants.
- Ensure tools are maintained in a responsible manner and report any losses or damages.
- Act in a safe and responsible manner while at the Nursery, including never working alone and in isolation.
Necessary Skills and Experience
- A genuine interest in the environment.
- A personable demeanour and ability to interact comfortably, cheerfully and respectfully.
- An ability to communicate respectfully and clearly.
- An ability to work in a team environment.
Expected Time Commitment
3 – 5hrs per week and as required, Between 9am-3pm weekdays.
