CRT (Cyclist Response Team)
Cyclists can play an important role in an emergency response, particularly when roads are damaged after an earthquake. The City’s Cyclist Response Team trains in bicycle trailering, maintenance and repair, first aid, rapid damage assessment, radio communications, and wayfinding. The team trains at least once a month and members are required to onboard with CRC as ESS members before joining the CRT.
