Welcome, SFAS Volunteers!

Made possible by the estate of Rich Arimoto and the efforts of our volunteer-led Pet Outreach program. SFAS' own Barbara Leighnor is the facilitator. 

Eight Thursdays starting September 17, plus two weeks of testing. (Rich's trusted therapy dog, Ffion, will be a special guest.)

Registration is $75, refundable for new pet therapy dog-and-human teams who go on to serve with the Santa Fe Animal Shelter's Pet Outreach program.

Prerequisite: Ability to reliably cue "sit" and "down." Dogs will also be working in close proximity to other dogs and people.
