Face to face: activities, workshops and groups - Cancer care at GOSH: Young people's 'Seen and Be Heard' workshop

Are you aged 8–15 and have experience of cancer care?


Join us for a fun, creative workshop, where you can help shape how we improve the experience of children and young people receiving cancer care at GOSH.

 

Join other young people to share ideas, work with an artist, illustrator and filmmaker, and help influence real change at GOSH.

When?

  • Sunday 26th April, 10:30am–2:30pm (Times subject to change)
  • Central London

Who is this workshop for? 

This workshop is for young people who have or have had cancer, and have experience of being a patient at GOSH. 

You are welcome to bring your parent or carer too. 

 

What support will you get?

  • 🍽️ Lunch and refreshments
  • 🎟️ £20 thank‑you voucher
  • 🐻 Disney plush toy as an extra thank you
  • 🚆 Travel paid for you to get to and from the workshop
  • 👨‍👩‍👧 Parents/carers welcome
  • 🌈 Open to young people with and without a learning disability or autism

We try and approve all applications as quickly as we can. If you're under 16, we'll need your parent/carer to complete a consent form so we know they're happy for you to take part.

 

Once we have approved your application you will be able to log in, and sign up to this activity.
