GOSH Voice- Great Ormond Street Hospital's coproduction community

Sustainability at GOSH means delivering excellent care today while protecting the future. Hospitals use significant amounts of energy and resources, which can affect both the planet and our health. Climate change is already contributing to rising levels of illness and placing pressure on healthcare services, so making our care more environmentally friendly helps protect our patients now and in years to come.

We’re committed to working closely with children, young people, and their families as we make GOSH greener—whether that involves the food we serve, how you travel to the hospital, or the care you receive.

Join us to learn more about the sustainability work happening across GOSH, to share your ideas, and to work together to build a greener GOSH together.

This group is for patients and siblings. We have a separate sustainability group for parents and carers: Sustainability- parents & carers group 

What will the session cover?

Our first session will be looking at our Green Plan refresh and how we connect with patients on sustainability within the hospital.

If you’re not already a GOSH Voice member, you first need to sign up to be a member of GOSH Voice.

We'll ask you a few questions to get to know more about you, and the type of projects you're interested in. Once we've approved your application you'll be able to sign up to the opportunities you'd like to take part in.

We try and approve all applications as quickly as we can. If you're under 16, we'll need your parent/carer to complete a consent form so we know they're happy for you to take part.

Once we have approved your application you will be able to log in, and sign up to this activity.
