Help us shape the Feeding and Eating Disorder Service at GOSH
GOSH FEDS is creating a new group, to bring together children, young people, parents and carers, who use FEDS at GOSH.
We want to work with the people who use our services, to shape future projects, such as resources, research and service development. We want your help to improve our services by sharing your ideas, experiences and feedback.
Before we start working on specific projects, we're holding an initial group session, as we'd like your help to decide what the group should look like and focus on.
Join our workshop and tell us:
- How would you like to be involved in shaping FEDS?
- What would make these groups welcoming and useful?
- What topics the groups should focus on?
- How can FEDS better involve children, young people, parents and carers in shaping our services?
Why should I come?
You are the expert in your own experience. Your ideas and feedback can help us improve the support that FEDS provides to children, young people and families.
You'll also have the opportunity to connect with other children, young people, and caregivers, offering a chance to share experiences with individuals who understand the challenges of eating difficulties.
Please note that attendance is entirely your choice and does not impact the care you receive.
Who can attend?
- Children and young people who are currently supported by FEDS at GOSH
- Parents and carers of children and young people under FEDS at GOSH
No special knowledge is needed – just your experiences, opinions and ideas.
When?
- 21st September 2026
- 4pm to 5pm (online)
