Administration Volunteer (London office only)

This Volunteer Position Involves assisting with administrative duties at the Main Office in London. They may include: 

  • Phone calls
  • Data entry
  • Filing
  • Research
  • Organizational jobs

Time Commitment:  8 hours/week (Office hours: Mon-Fri 9-5) - Morning & Afternoons available (flexible) Minimum: 1 year commitment

Qualifications/Experience Necessary:

  • Practiced knowledge in Google based applications/email, and Microsoft office applications (word/ excel). 
  • Well rounded overview of Habitat
  • Extremely good phone etiquette
  • Willingness to work as part of a team of other volunteers but able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with staff members and volunteers 

Training Provided: Overview of Habitat Heartland programs
