Peer Flatmate (Musselburgh, East Lothian)
This is a unique and exciting post which offers the opportunity to live with up to 2 care experienced young people in a Flat-share environment to provide stability and a sense of community. The purpose of the post is to bring an understanding of how to manage a tenancy, and develop positive relationships within the flat.
We ask volunteers to contribute up to 15 hours per week for training, meetings and/or general activities to the project. Volunteers live in the flat as their own tenancy, having their own bedroom and sharing a living room, kitchen and toilet/facilities.
