Youth Program Support – “The Works” (Brothers)
Reports To: Program Coordinators (Br. Saad, Br. Salman, Br. Faisal)
Location: MNN Masjid, 3520 Odyssey Dr, Mississauga, ON L5M 0Y9
Duration: Weekly on Saturdays – 2 Volunteers per week (Approx. 2.5 hours per session)
No. of Positions: 2 per session

Role Purpose:

Assist the Program Coordinators during the “The Works” Youth Education Program to help ensure sessions run smoothly and efficiently. Volunteers will support logistical and operational tasks based on the needs of the day, including but not limited to:

• Setting up the classroom before the program
• Preparing the speaker's table and materials
• Supporting program activities and group sessions
• Assisting with food setup and distribution
• Cleaning up the space after the program
• Performing any additional tasks assigned by the Program Coordinators to support successful delivery

Process & Guidelines:

• Only signed-up volunteers are permitted to perform tasks.
• Any cancellations must be communicated at least 8 hours before the next shift to allow for proper adjustments.
• Volunteers must check in and check out with the Team Leader to ensure proper logging of volunteer hours.
