Life Enrichment - Tea Party Helper
Purpose:
Provide assistance serving our residents during our weekly Afternoon Tea socials.
Responsibilities:
- Work with fellow volunteers/staff to:
- set-up/decorate the room
- help escort residents
- Serve tea and treats
- Clean tea cups and tables
- Socialize with the residents while providing tea and treats.
Qualifications/Skills/Requirements:
- Must be 14 years of age or older to volunteer independently with the residents
- Must be self-directed, energetic and self-motivated
- Must be committed to attending regularly to help
Time Commitment/Hours:
- Tuesday afternoons from 2:00-4:00 p.m.
Benefits to Volunteer:
- Build relationships with residents, staff and volunteers from the Gables (care center.)

- Life Enrichment Staff
- Volunteer Director
Training and/or Support Provided:
- Support provided on an ongoing basis
