Life Enrichment - AA Meeting Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Assist AA meeting coordinator by:   
  • Have treats that have been ordered from kitchen staff and Arriving early to help set-up room for AA meeting
  • Arrange furniture to accommodate group size
  • Welcome guests

Qualifications/Skills/Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21
  • Be self-directed
  • Must have had experience working with AA groups
  • Must be committed to attending regularly scheduled meetings

 Time Commitment/Hours:

  • Weekly evening meetings
  • 2/hrs. a week

 Training and/or Support Provided:

  • Volunteer orientation
  • Dementia training (DVD)
