Team Leader

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for a team of volunteers and will manage and plan their activities throughout the day. You will be the main point of contact for the Volunteers Managers and be responsible for a smooth-running operation within your area.

Team Leaders can be found in each speaker tent, the outdoor speaking area, the Living History trench and the main entry gate.

You are likely to be working in the same area for each day you volunteer with us in order to build familiarity with the role and give consistency for the wider Festival team.

Volunteers who have indicated the greatest availability to work during the Festival and have previously volunteered with us will be given priority for the Team Leader roles.

You will be issued with a radio to be able to respond to transport requests from different locations.
