Our volunteers
Loddon Shire currently has around 600 volunteers, who generously give their time to provide a range of activities that are vital to the wellbeing and vibrancy of Loddon Shire residents and visitors.
Regionally, Loddon Shire has a very high Volunteer involvement , with 31.7% of residents reporting that they undertake voluntary work through an organisation or group, across around 300 community organisations, sporting groups and service groups.

Duties include:
Managing visitor inquiries in person or via the telephone
Managing incoming mail and faxes.
Managing purchases of goods through the Visitor Information Center.
Undertake all duties required to ensure the smooth operation of the Wedderburn Tourist Information Centre
Skills required:
A passion for Loddon Shire tourism region
An Interest in Loddon Shire communities and attractions.
A flair for people interaction and a desire to provide visitors with amazing customer service and a visit to Loddon Shire Tourism region they will want to come back for.
