Conservation & Land Stewardship - Miles Edwards CPAC Community Work Days
Join in the efforts hosted by Miles Edwards Advisory Council to improve the state of the natural resources the this park offers. Miles-Edwards Park is in West Price Hill on Fehr Rd. It has been neglected for years and the trails need work and expansion. Volunteers are working to remove invasive plant species from the park to improve sight lines and the health of the understory. Community leaders have also organized to have picnic tables replaced and are currently working on a list of basic improvements that for park. Check out the Facebook Page for regular updates.
Please consider volunteering to help restore this land to it's natural state and be an example for others. We can make this park an asset to the community again.
Volunteers should be prepared for the weather (layered, durable clothing), wear long pants and long sleeves. Close-toed shoes are required. Recommended: Work gloves (if you own them), sunscreen, face covering and a refillable water bottle. Cincinnati Parks discourages single use plastics.
