Covenant Health - Covenant Partners

The Covenant Health Diagnostic Imaging (DI) Quality Council serves the Provincial DI program across 6 hospitals in Alberta. The purpose of this Council is to work collaboratively to improve quality of service and the experience of patients and families who visit Diagnostic Imaging departments. 

We are looking for someone who might use our DI service as a patient or as a supporter of someone using it. We want to hear what went well, where we can improve and how we can get to the ‘ideal’ experience. It will be of great benefit to have a Patient Family Partner provide perspective as we move forward with this work.

Experience/Skill: Current or past patient or caregiver, an interested member of the public.

Time Commitment: Meeting every second month for 1 hour. Commitment of 1 year, with the potential of extending.
