Holiday Assistance - Holiday Application Intake Specialist
Reports to: Community Center Coordinator
The Application Intake Specialist will direct clients in order and answer questions relating to completing Holiday Assistance Applications. They will ensure the completion of the application, will review income statements for accuracy, make notations, and schedule appointments for families who need food assistance, toy shop assistance or both.
Must have good communication, clerical and organizational skills and patience in dealing with others. Seasonal- one to two days only, minimum shift 3 hours.
