Office Assistant

Objective:  Provide clerical support to agency staff.

Duties & Responsibilities: Performs routine office and clerical tasks which may include typing, filing, copying, data entry, mailings, telephone calls, material preparation, and other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Clerical and computer skills
  • Familiarity with office equipment
  • Good written and oral communication skills

Supervisor:  Administrative Employee or other staff member as assigned

Time Commitment: Half-day per week

Volunteer Hours Recording: Monthly time sheet

Training: Provided by Administrative Employee or another staff member depending on the specific tasks assigned.

Location: Metrocrest Services office or other location as assigned.
