Citizen Science - Climate Watch Birding Survey
Help Audubon learn more about how birds are responding to climate change by participating in Pickering Creek Audubon Center’s Climate Watch Survey day. Climate Watch aims to document species’ responses to climate change by having volunteers in the field look for birds where Audubon’s climate models project they should be in the 2020s. During the survey day you can join a team of bird watchers who work together as a group to document specific species the three hour survey period. We’ll be van or carpooling to each of the survey points. Bird watchers of all levels of skill and experience are welcome.
