Sacramento County, Bradshaw Animal Shelter

Are you outgoing and love to work with people? If so, becoming one of our Information Hosts might be a great fit for you! Information Hosts are smiling faces with helpful personalities who provide initial greeting to visitors to welcome them to the Bradshaw Shelter, help direct them to applicable animal areas, or services desks, and answer general questions. Frequent walking, as well as periods of sitting, and comfort communicating to shelter staff and volunteers via proper radio etiquette are required. Shifts are Tuesday-Sunday, and are 5 hours each, beginning at the shelter's opening time. We ask that volunteers commit to at last one shift per week.
