17. Rescue Networking
Help us save lives! Rescue Networkers assist our Rescue Program Team by reaching out to existing rescue partners to promote pets in need, in addition to researching new qualified rescues to add to our list of resources. It's not just about getting pets out of the shelter, it's about finding proper and safe placement with recues that have appropriate means to better meet the needs of each individual pet. While there are no set shifts and the role is not traditionally structured, the time commitment is generally 3+ hour per week. This can be done from home or the shelter.
