Our Current Volunteer Opportunities
Cat Caretaker
Do you love being around and caring for cats more than engaging with people? Does cleaning, organizing, and dedicating your time to making a real impact in the lives of our feline friends sound right up your alley? Then our Cat Caretaker Volunteer position is for you!
Cat Caretakers play a vital behind-the-scenes role in keeping our cat café running smoothly and our cats happy, healthy, and comfortable. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on care, routine tasks, and spending quality time with cats in a calm, communal environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing meals and feeding the cats
- Scooping and maintaining litter boxes
- General cleaning and tidying of cat areas
- Laundry (bedding, towels, etc.)
- Interacting with and observing cats in the communal space to support their well-being
Time Commitment:
- 2-hour shift per week
- Same shift day and time each week
- Minimum 3-month commitment required

Lounge Ambassador

Do you enjoy engaging with people just as much as spending time with cats? Are you excited about creating welcoming experiences, sharing knowledge, and helping guests connect with our feline adoptables? If so, our Lounge Ambassador Volunteer position may be the perfect fit for you!
Lounge Ambassadors are the friendly, knowledgeable faces of our cat café. This role focuses on guest engagement, education, and ensuring both visitors and cats have a positive, enriching experience in our communal lounge space. This position requires a 3-hour shift commitment each week.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests and providing education about our cats, café rules, and mission
- Socializing with and supervising cats in the lounge
- Encouraging respectful and positive interactions between guests and cats
- Performing light cleaning and tidying throughout shifts
- Using tablets and other technology for check-ins, reservations, or educational support
Time Commitment:
- 3-hour shift per week
- Same shift day and time each week
- Minimum 3-month commitment required
If you’re dependable, cat savvy, enjoy talking to new people and willing to learn new things, this volunteer position is a great fit!
Cat Lounge Crew (General Volunteer)

Are you a 'jack of all trades' or a 'happy to help however needed' type of person? As a new start up organization, we need people like you to help us with a variety of needs that will surely arise! Tasks like running errands, cutting flyers, organizing the cat lounge, heavy lifting, general maintenance type tasks and whatever else may be thrown our way.
Time Commitment:
- Flexible! When needs arise, we'll reach out via text or email and if you can help, simply sign up via your volunteer portal.
- Minimum 3-month commitment required
If you’re handy and have a willingness to help however you can, this volunteer position is a great fit!

What we do | We partner with local adoption organizations to host adoptable cats in our comfortable, enriching lounge. This creates more room and opportunity for other cats in need, while offering cats in our lounge a peaceful place to thrive.
