PATIENT TRANSPORT VOLUNTEER
Help older people stay connected, independent and engaged in their community.
As a Community Transport Volunteer, you will support older members of our community by providing transport to medical appointments, community groups and social activities. Your assistance helps people maintain their independence and continue participating in the activities and services that matter most to them.
How you can help
- Drive clients to and from medical appointments, community groups and social outings.
- Provide a friendly and supportive presence during transport.
- Assist clients to remain connected with their community and support networks.
- Help create a positive and welcoming experience for clients throughout their journey.
- Support the independence and wellbeing of older people living in the community.
