Providing Patient and Family Support in the Community
Patient & Family Support Volunteers offer support and companionship for patients and their families in their homes, assisted living residence, skilled nursing facilities, or in the hospital. They provide companionship for patients and much-needed respite for caregivers. These special volunteers are an integral part of our multi-disciplinary team, providing support to bring joy to patients and ease the burden of families.
