Content Capture Volunteer Shift

Help tell the story of the Game Changer Gala by capturing meaningful moments throughout the evening. Content Capture Volunteers support Saint Louise House by taking photos and videos that showcase the energy, impact, and community spirit of the event. This role is ideal for volunteers who enjoy photography, social media content creation, or documenting special events.

Volunteer Attire: Black shirt, black pants, and closed-toe shoes.

Responsibilities:

• Capture photos and short videos of guests, sponsors, volunteers, and event activities throughout the evening using your personal phone
• Document key moments, including guest arrivals, program highlights, and other special event experiences.
• Work closely with the Saint Louise House team to ensure important moments and mission-focused content are captured.
• Move throughout the venue to gather a variety of candid and posed shots that reflect the excitement and impact of the gala.
• Help create a visual record of the event that can be used for future storytelling, marketing, and donor engagement efforts.

By capturing the stories, connections, and celebrations that take place throughout the evening, Content Capture Volunteers help share the impact of Saint Louise House with supporters and the broader community.
