Saint Louise House is seeking friendly, dependable volunteers to support our exciting fundraiser, Girls Got Game, during the event! This role is perfect for those who enjoy engaging with guests and helping keep things running smoothly from start to finish.

Street parking and public parking are available nearby. The Frost Bank Parking Garage is the closest public parking option.

🤝 Volunteer Responsibilities

Volunteers will assist throughout the event in a variety of roles, including:

• Guest registration and seating assistance
• Activity stations such as Wine Plinko, Bracelet Table, Raffle Table, Vogue Box, and Sashes
• Pledge collection and Prize Table support
• Event breakdown and clean up at the conclusion of the fundraiser

Roles will be assigned on-site based on event needs.

👗 Dress Code & What to Expect

• Sunday casual attire
• Comfortable shoes are highly recommended, as you will be on your feet for most of the shift
• Some lifting and moving of materials will be required
