Game Changer Event Support - Set Up Volunteers

Help Saint Louise House prepare for the Game Changer Gala by assisting with event set up before guests arrive. Volunteers will work alongside staff and fellow volunteers to help arrange the ballroom, organize materials, and ensure event spaces are welcoming and ready for the evening's activities. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on projects and working as part of a team to support a meaningful community event.
Volunteer Attire: Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with ballroom and event space setup.
- Arrange tables, chairs, décor, and event materials as directed.
- Help organize supplies and prepare guest-facing areas.
- Support the event team with general setup tasks to ensure the venue is ready for the gala.
