Post-Event Clean Up Volunteer Shift

Help bring the Game Changer Gala to a successful close by assisting with event breakdown and venue clean up. Post-Event Clean Up Volunteers play an important role in ensuring the event space is restored efficiently after guests depart. This hands-on role is ideal for volunteers who enjoy teamwork, organization, and helping behind the scenes.

Volunteer Attire: Black shirt, black pants, and closed-toe shoes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with event breakdown and clean up after the gala concludes.
• Help pack, organize, and load event materials, décor, signage, and supplies.
• Clear tables and assist with resetting the venue according to staff direction.
• Ensure designated event areas are tidy and all materials are accounted for before departure.
• Support staff and fellow volunteers in completing final tasks to efficiently close out the event.

By helping with the final stages of the event, Post-Event Clean Up Volunteers ensure a smooth and successful conclusion to the Game Changer Gala. Your support allows Saint Louise House staff to focus on stewarding donors and advancing the mission of helping families achieve stability and independence.
