Registration Volunteer Shift

Time: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Location: Junior League of Austin Community Impact Center

Serve as one of the first friendly faces guests encounter at the Game Changer Gala. Registration Volunteers play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming experience by assisting with guest check-in, answering questions, and helping ensure a smooth arrival process. This position is perfect for volunteers who enjoy interacting with people, providing excellent customer service, and helping events run seamlessly.

Volunteer Attire: Cocktail attire and comfortable shoes.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests as they arrive and provide a positive first impression.
• Assist with guest check-in and registration.
• Help direct guests to event spaces, activities, and seating areas as needed.
• Answer basic event questions and connect guests with staff for additional assistance.
• Support the registration team in maintaining an organized and efficient check-in experience throughout the evening.

By helping guests feel welcomed and supported from the moment they arrive, Registration Volunteers contribute to a successful and memorable fundraising event that advances Saint Louise House’s mission.
