If you are looking for a volunteer role within the NHS, Feldon Ward Staff have the Games Group Volunteer role, and are seeking to attract volunteers with a friendly supportive approach, who could confidently support them on Feldon Ward, to engage patients in activity for stimulation, gentle movement, socialisation and interaction with others.   Volunteers taking on this role will be contributing to an important part of the rehabilitation journey for stroke patients, whilst volunteering in a professional and supportive environment and gaining valuable skills in rehabilitative support.  We have not yet set a day for this role. This will be led by volunteer availability.    Other games and activity groups run every day of the week morning and/or afternoon on other wards.  Therefore, there is a lot of flexibility for volunteers.
