Meet with event organizers and event set-up coordinator upon arrival to go over the layout of the event. Setup staff will assist providers with navigating to their assigned table.  Set up may also include, setting up tables, chairs, signs, and completing any other tasks needed. Some set up and activities will be outdoors, please dress accordingly.
