Family Separation and reunion/Séparation et réunion des familles - Warmline Caller
Make monthly outreach phone calls to families of deployed personnel to disseminate pertinent information about upcoming KMFRC activities. Also offers families a friendly voice to reach out in what may be a time of need.
**Confidentiality is absolutely essential in this position. All calls are to be made from a secure location and all written log sheets and information will be kept confidential.**
Position Responsibilities

Call families with member deployed from the Kingston Garrison based on list received from Coordinator. Calls must be completed within 3 weeks of receiving the list.

Complete log sheet and return to the Coordinator upon completion of calls

Answer questions about KMFRC’s program available to deployed families

Attend training as provided by MFS and KMFRC Social Worker about reporting procedures if someone is in crisis
Time Commitment:
- 1 Hour training session date TBD and then up to 10 hours per month for calls

Meetings with the FSR Coordinator on an as needed basis
