Volunteering with GOSH Charity is a fantastic way to use your skills and experience to support the incredible work of Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH). While none of our volunteer roles provide direct care to patients, the charity itself funds services and initiatives which provide vital support to patients, families, and hospital staff.
You don't need specific skills to get involved - just enthusiasm! Every day is a chance for you to make a big, huge, massive difference.

Who can volunteer?
The lower age limit for volunteering with GOSH Charity is 18, due to our safeguarding policy and insurance.
For those who don't reside in the UK, it is the responsibility of the volunteer to check their visa entry conditions in relation to taking up a volunteering role.
I only want to volunteer at one specific event, how do I do that?
Complete the Event Maker team member application form above. Once approved, you can choose your preferred event through our volunteer portal (with the option to resign once the event is finished).
Can I volunteer with my colleagues, as a company?
We’d love for you to consider partnering with GOSH Charity, whether that's through volunteering or fundraising. Please visit our corporate partnerships page to find out more.
Alternatively, do consider signing up with your colleagues to volunteer at one of our fundraising events by completing the Event Maker team member form above.
Do you currently have work experience vacancies?
We're not able to offer work experience placements at GOSH Charity at this time. However, you may be interested in the GOSH Young Visitors Programme which is based within the hospital. Further information can be found here.
