Help Desk Volunteer Responders
Based at the Help Desk in the new main entrance, this role is perfect for those who enjoy helping others and making a difference. Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming patients and visitors
- Providing directions and general information
- Assisting with patient transport and collecting wheelchairs
- Supporting departments with tasks such as collecting patient feedback via surveys and running errands e.g. trips to pharmacy and wards
We’re also seeking volunteers to assist patients with checking in for appointments in the Outpatients Department using the self-service kiosks.
