Martha Retreat Centre

Martha Retreat Centre has recently identified a new opportunity where volunteers can support the Centre through community outreach.  This would see volunteers act in the role of ambassador of Martha Retreat Centre and communicate opportunities for partnerships, awareness, opportunities and promotion. 

Volunteers best suited to this role would be people who are comfortable speaking in front of crowds, identifying potential partnership opportunities, and whose values align with the new mission statement of spiritual inclusivity.  Volunteers would be asked to attend a training course that is intended to prepare volunteers so they are set up for success!

Outreach volunteers could be asked to:

· Represent Martha Retreat Centre at social or professional functions or events.

· Give public presentations to community groups or church congregations. 

· Champion Martha Retreat Centre during appropriate interactions.

· Seek input and feedback from the community. 

· Increase awareness of Martha Retreat Centre to the community.
