In this workshop, we will look at how, by thinking more like a marketeer, you can strengthen your work around volunteer recruitment and engagement. During this session you’ll get the chance to explore how to craft messages that reflect people’s motivations for volunteering, shape clear and compelling messages, and promote opportunities in ways that attract and retain involvement. Highlighting the power of authenticity, this event will help you apply a marketing mindset to recruitment, engagement, and communication.
This session will be led by Matthew Hick, HVG Chair and Head of Volunteering for the Science Museum Group.
