*HVG Events - The role of vetting in volunteer recruitment
Following on from our session in May looking at recruitment through an EDI lens, this session will focus on some recent research into volunteer recruitment in the UK and the role of vetting. We will explore how we create balanced, volunteer appropriate recruitment systems that are both safe and offer accessible and welcoming joining processes to attract and support volunteers from diverse backgrounds.
