In this workshop, we will explore career pathways within volunteer engagement within the heritage sector, providing you with an opportunity to reflect on your drivers and motivations, assess yourself against key roles within the sector, to develop a professional development plan.
The target audience for this workshop are those thinking longer term about their careers or those looking to make the move from delivery to strategy. This session will be led by Tamsin Russell, HVG Executive Board.
This session will have a short comfort break halfway through.
