Finance Volunteer – Red Thread Gift Shop Program (Weekdays Only)
Do you love working with numbers, counting money, managing data in spreadsheets and have 4 to 5 hours a week to share? Can you make a one year commitment?
The Red Thread Gift Shop requires energetic volunteers interested in reconciling daily cash outs, entering financial data in the computer and completing audits of information. Through the sales of a variety of merchandise from apparel and gifts to confectionary items and toys, the volunteer powered gift shop provides a significant annual donation to the hospital in support of patient care and comfort.
Role Requirements
- Experience handling cash
- Loves working with numbers and being accurate
- Enjoys using computer, inputting data
- Organized with filing of paper documents
- Experience with network shared files would be an asset
- Able to attend a 4 to 5 hour weekly shift
Current Opportunities:
- Fridays (flexible start time, but must finish before 2:30pm)
