Mobile Trolley Shop Volunteer
The Voluntary Services Team are excited to announce the return of a Mobile Trolley Shop (formally operated by the Royal Voluntary Services) at The Great Western Hospital.
We are planning to re-launch this service this coming April.
If you have a friendly personality and enjoy working in a 'traditional' retail environment, why not become a Trolley Shop Volunteer.
Volunteers are needed to offer items such as newspapers, food, drinks plus other essentials (such as deodorant and hygiene products) for sale to patients, visitors and staff around the hospital site.
Being a patient in hospital or visiting friends and family can be a difficult time, especially if you cannot leave the ward, so having the option to purchase some simple supplies can make a real difference to the day.
