A speaker volunteer will be an ambassador for the charity by giving talks about the charity to community groups, businesses and anywhere else that may request a speaker. The postholders will attend these events, providing an update on the charity’s projects, events, appeals etc for that quarter.

He/she may be asked to accept a donation on behalf of the charity for speaking. He/she carries out the role under the direct supervision and support of the Fundraising team and undertake those roles for which the postholder has been trained and is deemed competent.
