Bob Hope Patriotic Hall is searching for dedicated Volunteer Concierges who will serve as the go-to point for guests seeking information, direction, or assistance during their visit. This role goes beyond greeting; it's about enhancing the guest experience through meaningful interactions and tailored guidance.  Someone who feels they have:

• Strong Customer Service Skills
• Exceptional Communication Skills
• Resourcefulness

Bob Hope Patriotic Hall regularly hosts a variety of events, from exhibitions to veteran, county and community events. The Volunteer Event Support Staff will play a crucial role in ensuring these events run smoothly by assisting with setup, guest assistance, and breakdown. This role is essential for creating an organized, efficient, and welcoming environment.

There are some requirements for this job such as:

• Customer Service Background: 
• Organizational Skills: Ability to handle various tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Physical Stamina:  This class of job requires that the volunteer stand or walk most of the time with bending, stooping, squatting, twisting, working on irregular surfaces, occasionally lifting objects weighing over 25 pounds, and frequent lifting 10 – 25 lbs.

This position will assist the Veteran Service office to serve Veterans who are seeking help with a variety of Veteran benefits and other resources.
