Administration - Administrative Support
This role provides support to the Administrative Assistant. Hours are any where from 9:00AM to 6:30PM, Mondays through Fridays. Weekend help is also needed periodically.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Filing
- Telephone attendance - incoming and outgoing calls
- Typing letters and other correspondences
- Compiling emails and reports
- Preparing mail
- Data entry
- Light book-keeping
- Scanning documents
- Recording student and employee attendance.
Some work can be done remotely from any location.
