Administration - Administrative Support

This role provides support to the Administrative Assistant. Hours are any where from 9:00AM to 6:30PM, Mondays through Fridays. Weekend help is also needed periodically.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Filing
  • Telephone attendance - incoming and outgoing calls
  • Typing letters and other correspondences
  • Compiling emails and reports
  • Preparing mail
  • Data entry
  • Light book-keeping
  • Scanning documents
  • Recording student and employee attendance.

Some work can be done remotely from any location.
