The Boise WaterShed Environmental Education Center promotes water stewardship through exhibits, Public Art, and programming. Located at the West Boise Water Renewal Facility, the LEED-certified building features an exhibit hall, a library, a theater/community room, and amazing artwork. The two acres surrounding the education center, known as the River Campus, is a park-like experience that integrates Public Art, exhibits, landscaping and a water feature that tells the story of our watershed.
Individuals are invited to help with lesson preparation and basic behind the scenes tasks in an effort to help us prepare for school groups, events and programming. Gather supplies for lessons, organize or re-shelf library books, prepare craft supplies, etc.
