Digital Inclusion
One-to-one lessons
We provide one-to-one support to help anyone struggling with computers, digital devices or the internet. We use a range of free online resources and specialist expertise to plan and deliver a free learning programme tailored to each individual person.
This service is delivered primarily by volunteer ‘Digital Champions’ who will move at the learner’s pace with the end goal being independence.
It’s estimated that 9 million people in the UK cannot use the internet without help, and 7 million have no access to the internet at all.
