Highland Park Public Library

Membership Services volunteers could be responsible for

• Preparing holds for patrons to pick up once they become available.
• Maintaining the Brenner Room, pick up any loose magazines and newspapers and place in their appropriate places.
• Alphabetizing adult collections by title within the works by the same author (shelf reading)
• Placing any stray items on the stray items cart
• Emptying return bins and carting these items (when appropriate)
• Running items through the sorter (when appropriate)
• Retrieving items from the pick list (when appropriate)
• Assisting with any other projects/assignments as they may arise.
