Earn community service hours by reviewing books, music, movies, video games, and more from Whitby Public Libraries' collection. Each review earns one community service hour, with up to 10 items counting towards your hours. Reviews will be posted on our WPL Teen Picks account and used in Library promotions. Submissions accepted on an ongoing basis.
The Whitby FanCon returns to the Central Library on Saturday, October 5, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
Whitby FanCon celebrates comics, graphic novels and artists and promotes literacy and creativity!
Volunteers will be asked to assist with programming, set up, take down, and covering breaks for exhibitors.
