Huntington SB - Coastal Cleanup Day at Huntington State Beach
Join Huntington State Beach for Coastal Cleanup Day! Visit your local state park and join California's largest cleanup effort.
SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 19TH
9 AM- 12 PM
ENTRANCE/FREE PARKING: Enter through the Magnolia St entrance gate at Huntington State Beach (21601 Pacific Coast Hwy, Huntington Beach, CA, 92646). Let the entrance attendant know you are there for Coastal Cleanup Day to receive free parking. Keep straight and follow the park road south to the first lot you pass, next to Sahara's concessionaire and Tower 7. Park here.
CHECK IN: Check in at the tent on the access ramp by Tower 7. You will grab supplies, sign waivers, and meet staff here.
RSVP: You can register ahead of time HERE.
WHAT TO BRING: We will have supplies to share such as bags, gloves, and pick sticks but we always encourage volunteers to bring their own reusable supplies. Besides that, bring what you normally would for a comfortable beach day: wear layers, bring a hat, reusable water bottle, put on sunscreen, and snacks.
